Job Summary
Head of Revenue Operations leading GTM, Post Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives; develop overarching strategies for these functions, drive alignment with key stakeholders, and ensure effective and efficient execution. Partner with GTM Leadership to understand business needs, align the team roadmap to meet them, and translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executive decision-making. Design and optimize the GTM reporting suite, own executive operating cadences (forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning), and support ad-hoc reporting for key projects. Lead annual and in-year planning (capacity planning, territory design, quota setting, compensation, organizational design, investment prioritization). Drive automation and self-service analytics using AI tooling, and mentor the Reporting and Insights team to support growth. Requires 10+ years in Sales Ops/related fields with 7+ years in CRM/BI reporting, strong data storytelling, SaaS metrics expertise, and proven ability to influence executives. Start-up mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work with executives and board-level audiences. Location: USA (Remote).
