Job Summary
Lead BWZ's revenue engine end-to-end by validating what enterprise clients will pay for, personally shaping and closing strategic, multi-product deals, and converting wins into repeatable revenue products the team can sell. Design and implement custom multi-channel campaigns (newsletter, lead gen, content, sponsored events, executive 1:1s, syndication), stand up a Program Delivery function with clear handoffs and SLAs, audit and restructure the sales org to align segmentation and targets, install weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting discipline, coach the sales team on integrated program selling and pricing discipline, and partner with events and content leaders on partnerships and SaaS-vendor relationships to feed the pipeline. Success is measured by total revenue growth, integrated program revenue mix, and revenue efficiency (revenue per FTE)." ,
