Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader to serve as Head of Retirement and Workplace Business, responsible for establishing long-term strategy, driving business development, leading product innovation, and ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
- MBA preferred
- Comfort with communicating with, and advising senior management and external senior stakeholders including regulators, clients and C-Suite executives
- Network of industry relationships
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Experience with product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience in the retirement or wealth industry
- Demonstrated track record either leading a similar-sized P&L or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- History of building and scaling business units with measurable revenue growth
- Deep understanding of retirement plan administration, workplace benefits, and regulatory landscape
