Job Summary

Head of Retailer Product Marketing at Faire is responsible for owning retailer product marketing, defining the strategy for communicating Faire's value to retailers, growing share of wallet, and leading a team of PMMs. The role includes leading the Opening Soon initiative to acquire retailers, owning end-to-end GTM for complex retailer products (positioning, messaging, multi-channel execution), developing and coaching PMM ICs, collaborating with Product, Revenue, Growth Marketing, and Ops to influence roadmaps through customer insight, designing and running research to validate positioning, and modeling AI adoption to sharpen and speed up work. The role requires senior-level leadership, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on retailer growth and success.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing and developing product marketing ICs across career stages
  • Deep GTM ownership for complex products, with direct responsibility for positioning, messaging, and multi-channel execution
  • A builder who creates structure where none exists
  • Obsessed with the retailer and ability to maintain a coherent narrative across launches
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to build trust quickly
  • Bias to ship and make calls with incomplete information
  • Fluent in metrics that move the business and tie GTM to GMV, retention, and key KPIs
  • AI fluency and ability to model AI adoption for the team
