Head of Retail

Oversee end-to-end operations of 50 retail stores in Kenya and 3 stores in Uganda, ensuring achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards while leading, mentoring, and monitoring Store Managers and regional teams. Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience by monitoring inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls. Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams to analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while supporting new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts.
