Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant field such as food science, chemistry, engineering, or related disciplines
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in research and development leadership roles within the consumer packaged goods industry or related sectors
- Proven track record of driving product innovation, development, and commercialization, with a focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives
- Strong technical expertise in formulation, process development, ingredient functionality, and product optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices related to product development and commercialization
