Job Summary
Head of Relationship Coaching at Paired to build and scale Paired’s relationship coaching and counseling offering from the ground up. Own growth, customer outcomes, operational excellence, and long-term commercial success; recruit and manage relationship coaches/therapists; define services model and customer journey; design structured couple session frameworks and educational content; collaborate with Product, Engineering, CRM, and Operations to integrate coaching into the Paired app experience; establish KPIs, quality standards, and scalable processes for scheduling, matching, and coach utilization; maintain high standards of customer care and ethical practice.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in coaching, therapy, counseling, or relationship support industries, including some direct client work
- Experience building, hiring, and managing coaching or therapy teams
- Strong understanding of relationship support methodologies, frameworks, and customer needs
