Job Summary
Lead the global regulatory examination program by setting standards, coordinating execution protocols, and overseeing intake, scoping, scheduling, response management, and closeout across jurisdictions. Drive alignment with business, risk, compliance, and legal functions to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submissions while partnering with regulatory relationship management for supervisory interactions. Ensure all materials are clear, concise, and aligned with firm positions, then oversee reporting and escalation protocols to senior management and the Board. Identify examination themes and lessons learned to drive enhancements to processes, controls, and readiness while leading, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in regulatory examination management, regulatory affairs, compliance, risk, or a related discipline
- Deep understanding of regulatory examination processes and supervisory engagement across complex, highly regulated environments
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior management, Boards, and regulators
- Demonstrated organizational, program management, and execution skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Bachelor's degree
