Head of Regional Marketing (m/f/d) – EMEA

Head of EMEA Regional Marketing driving revenue growth and market share for the Bipolar Discrete portfolio across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Responsible for shaping regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives, leading campaigns to increase brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement; identifying market opportunities, customer segmentation, and regional trends; collaborating with GSM, Product Groups, and Marketing Operations to align initiatives with sales goals; mentoring regional marketing teams, localizing global programs, and representing the regional voice in global discussions; driving KPI-focused performance, pipeline acceleration, and revenue contribution through strategic pricing, value propositions, and commercial offers. Requires university degree (electrical engineering or business administration) and minimum 10 years of international sales/marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong leadership, English communication, and stakeholder management skills. Occasional travel is expected.
