Required Qualifications
- Extensive executive leadership experience within large-scale refining, mining, resources, processing, manufacturing or other asset-intensive industrial environments
- A proven track record leading complex, operational portfolios through senior leaders, delivering outstanding safety, operational, environmental and financial performance
- Demonstrated success driving large-scale transformation, including productivity improvement, operating model redesign, organisational effectiveness and culture change
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement, with experience overseeing capital allocation, asset performance, business planning and risk
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a variety of stakeholders
