Job Summary
Head of Agency Recruitment and Events responsible for leading nationwide agency recruitment strategy, driving growth, improving conversion from prospect to licensed agents, overseeing recruitment programs and events, building leadership capability, and partnering with senior management to ensure compliant, high-performing agency workforce aligned with Prudential’s growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related courses
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in agency recruitment, sales leadership, or distribution development within the insurance industry
- At least 5 years in a leadership or people management role, with demonstrated enterprise-level impact
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence
- Deep understanding of agency distribution models and life insurance products
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategy design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Change leadership and innovation mindset
- Leadership maturity with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority
