Head of Real Estate

Head of Real Estate will lead the strategy, development, and management of the company’s real estate portfolio and physical infrastructure. The role oversees site acquisition, leasing, engineering design, construction delivery, and ongoing facilities operations across offices, operational sites, warehouses, and commercial locations. Responsibilities include developing and executing the real estate strategy, identifying and securing sites, leading end-to-end construction and capital development projects, overseeing architectural and engineering design, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, establishing governance frameworks, managing procurement and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental standards, overseeing facilities management and preventive maintenance, and developing capital expenditure budgets. The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams and collaboration with landlords, developers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in related fields, professional certifications (PMP, RICS, or Chartered Engineer), experience with logistics facilities, and strong financial modeling and sustainability knowledge.
