Head of Quality UK

Develop and implement the UK Quality strategy aligned with global vision and business objectives. Act as the senior quality leader for UK operations, providing direction, coaching, and support to technical, regulatory, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Champion a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation by establishing robust document control frameworks and monitoring adherence through audits and inspections. Lead interactions with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations relating to food supplements and cosmetic products. Drive standardisation, simplification, and harmonisation of processes while managing risk and leading quality-related change management activities. Evaluate existing processes to redesign workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure effective implementation of documented, standardised procedures. Develop and implement quality training programmes to improve organisational capability, ensuring all employees understand and follow quality procedures and regulatory requirements. Support supplier qualification, approval, and audit processes, assessing compliance with company standards, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support supplier performance improvement initiatives and provide quality input into the selection and evaluation of third-party manufacturers. Establish the UK internal audit programme, manage responses to audit findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
