Job Summary
Lead quality assurance, compliance, and risk management activities across Marketing & Recruitment for Kaplan's UK, US, and Canada destinations. Embed regulatory requirements and risk processes into day-to-day operations while providing oversight to identify and manage regulatory, operational, and service risks. Guide stakeholders through continuous improvement methodologies and operational controls to safeguard the company's reputation and ensure a positive student experience. Produce reports and management information for senior leaders, leveraging AI-powered platforms to enhance efficiency. Build effective relationships across diverse teams and functions to influence outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in quality assurance, compliance, risk management or a related function
- Experience in leading audit, monitoring or assurance activities
- Experience interpreting policies, procedures or regulatory requirements
- Experience producing reports, recommendations and management information for senior stakeholders
- Experience building effective relationships and influencing outcomes across teams and functions
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and operational controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify themes, trends and emerging risks
- Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms, to enhance efficiency and leverage autonomy
