Head of Quality Management Plant Linnich (m/w/d)

Lead by example to develop a high-performing quality team, fostering engagement and driving the site's culture from reactive to proactive. Continuously improve quality-related processes and further develop integrated management systems for Quality, Environment, Product Safety, Health & Safety, and Energy to ensure compliance with international standards. Identify and implement production improvements by standardizing best practices across the Linnich site, while planning and conducting internal and external audits. Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and resolve quality complaints with customers to maintain long-term satisfaction. This full-time, permanent role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least five years of leadership experience, with fluent German and English skills. You will report to the SIG Talent Acquisition Team in Linnich, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
