Job Summary
The Head of Quality & HSE oversees deployment and maintenance of quality, health, safety, and environmental strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves leading regional Quality & HSE teams, managing audits, incidents, and customer feedback, as well as monitoring key performance indicators for data-driven decisions. Candidates must have a relevant engineering degree, leadership experience in Quality/HSE, and auditor qualifications in ISO standards, along with strong knowledge of operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Several years of leadership experience in Quality/HSE
- Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISO 19011)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of regulations, standards, and operational best practices
- Competence in Lean Management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement
- Experience with SAP, SharePoint, MS Office, and HSE tools
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent English
