Job Summary
Seasoned Head of QHSE Standards & Competency to lead global QHSE Management System development, governance, and continuous improvement across EnerMech’s multi-region operations. Responsible for establishing global QHSE standards, procedures, assurance frameworks, competency frameworks, training programs, and audit programs; drive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and alignment with ISO standards and industry best practices; oversee incident investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned; partner with senior leadership and HR to support pre-qualification, tender submissions, and project mobilization from a QHSE perspective; monitor QHSE performance metrics and identify system gaps for organizational improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive QHSE leadership experience within the energy, industrial, offshore, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and auditing QHSE Management Systems
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, IOGP, and other applicable industry standards
- Proven experience leading internal and external audit programs
- Strong understanding of risk management methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and management system governance
- Experience developing competency frameworks, training programs, and workforce capability initiatives
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP, Lead Auditor, CIH, or equivalent are highly desirable
