Head of QA - iGaming (Hybrid in Tallinn)

Job Summary
Head of QA needed to lead and shape a central Quality Assurance organisation supporting a large-scale multi-region B2C iGaming platform. Define and execute QA strategy across Casino, Sportsbook, Platform services, and shared systems; own automation frameworks, performance and load testing capabilities, and regulatory test packs. Lead non-functional testing initiatives; drive release readiness, defect management, incident response, and QA metrics/SLOs. Hire, mentor, and develop QA leaders and engineering teams; foster ownership, quality, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Strong emphasis on automation, scalable QA infrastructure, and regulator-facing environments, with collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Platform teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience in software product environments
- 3+ years leading QA teams or functions
- Previous iGaming experience (Casino, Sportsbook, or both) strongly preferred
- Experience within regulated B2C industries such as Fintech or Payments may also be considered
- Strong background building and scaling automation frameworks
- Experience integrating QA practices into CI/CD environments
- Strong understanding of performance testing, load testing, security testing, and non-functional testing strategies
- Experience building or reshaping QA organisations and operating models
- Exposure to regulator-facing environments including audits and certification processes
- Familiarity with sportsbook platforms, casino integrations, payment orchestration, and multi-jurisdiction products
- Good understanding of DevOps and SRE principles including CI/CD, IaC, Observability, and incident management
- Proven leadership experience including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and scaling distributed teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
