Job Summary
Lead the QA Analytical Services team ensuring compliance with global regulations and UCB standards. Responsibilities include management of QC quality systems activities such as deviations and validations, driving continuous improvement in compliance and quality KPIs, overseeing data integrity, and coaching diverse QA professionals. Requires a minimum of 10 years in a regulated environment with strong expertise in QC operations and proven leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in a regulated pharmaceutical, life‐science, or health‐related environment
- 5 years in QA
- 5 years in QC
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of QA professionals
- Solid experience with Quality Management Systems, audits, and risk‐management tools
