Job Summary
Head of Publishing to lead and grow Appodeal’s Accelerator program, driving a scalable, data-driven publishing strategy for mobile games. Own portfolio growth by onboarding high-potential titles, optimizing monetization and performance, and managing P&L. Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and User Acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution, build and maintain strong developer partnerships, and continuously track and improve retention, engagement, and monetization metrics. Lead a team of publishing professionals, fostering innovation, accountability, and high performance. Nice-to-have: degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Locations currently include Barcelona (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), and Parkland, FL (USA); remote work is distributed across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile game publishing
- 10+ years in leadership roles within game publishing, mobile gaming, or related field
- Deep knowledge of user acquisition, monetization strategies, and ASO
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building with developers and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership across distributed teams
