Head of Protime Germany

Head of Protime Germany responsible for the development and leadership of operations in the German market, defining and executing the commercial strategy, building and leading the local team, and driving sustainable growth in the German Workforce Management sector. Responsibilities include leading the German team, defining a robust commercial strategy and business plan aligned with group strategy, executing the local Go-to-Market strategy, expanding the customer portfolio through market analysis and partnerships, managing partner agencies to optimize qualified leads, ensuring operational excellence and compliance, driving change management and organizational adoption, owning the German P&L with reporting to management, and representing the organization in the German market. Requires proven experience in the German WFM market, strong commercial and leadership capabilities, 5+ years of people management, fluency in German and English, and a university degree or equivalent professional experience.
