Job Summary
Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise asset performance across our Surfers Paradise portfolio. Lead and mentor the property management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards while managing tenant relations to address concerns and enhance satisfaction. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for property enhancements and value-add initiatives, preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in property management
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
