Head of Projects

Lead and develop the Project Managers team, establishing project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization. Act as the right-hand person of the COO/CIO and assist with progressing and managing the team’s activities. Oversee the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource availability. Drive continuous improvement of project delivery standards, tools, and methodologies, with a strong focus on Agile and hybrid delivery models. Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teams. Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable project roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Establish and maintain executive-level reporting, ensuring transparency on project health, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, executive leadership, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence across the organization.
