Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing multicultural team of Project Managers across Italy, France, and the UK. Establish and standardize project governance processes to ensure consistent execution, reporting, and decision-making while managing the regional project portfolio through KPIs and dashboards. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies to drive proactive mitigation and support prioritization decisions. Align project objectives with strategic business goals by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and delivering capability-building training initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on project execution and change management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex project portfolios within an international organization
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project management teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and influencing abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities at all organizational levels
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications
- Experience driving organizational or cultural change initiatives
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
