Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers while owning portfolio performance metrics including schedule adherence, budget control, and risk management. Establish and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and best practices aligned with the AEH Quality Management System. Oversee resource planning and capacity management to support production schedules and delivery commitments. Provide executive-level visibility into project health, escalate critical issues, and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Sales to align execution with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion Lean Six-Sigma practices to increase efficiency and delivery quality. This full-time onsite role in Salt Lake City, UT, requires a leader with 7–10 years of progressive experience, including 3–5 years in people leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Critical Chain methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive project management experience
- at least 3–5 years in a people-leadership or team-lead capacity overseeing Project Managers or equivalent roles
- Proven experience managing complex projects (or portfolios) in a lean manufacturing or industrial environment with a formal Quality Management System
- Microsoft Project scheduling experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proof of right to lawfully work in the United States

- CAPM or equivalent acceptable with significant experience
- Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification
- Prior LEAN Manufacturing experience
- Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) experience
