Job Summary
Senior leadership role directing programme strategy and delivery across two geographies, overseeing direct investigations and CSO partnerships, managing a multi-country team, supporting fundraising and donor relations, and ensuring safe, high-quality programme delivery with a focus on inclusion and ethical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Professional writing and speaking in English or French with at least effective operational efficiency in the other language (B2 or above)
- Experience managing teams or individuals across multiple international locations
- Understanding risk management methodologies and experience applying them
- Understanding human rights and a strong belief in their indivisibility and interdependence
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work
- Experience with fundraising or confidence in public speaking and presenting
- Experience with human rights research, investigations or legal cases
- Experience with filming or documentary making
- Strong technology/IT skills and/or aptitude
