Job Summary
Head of Programme Management for Global CXO Programs leading high-touch executive hospitality and experiential marketing initiatives. Architect and scale premium executive experiences, sponsorship activations, VIP engagements, and curated customer engagements globally to strengthen relationships with senior technology leaders and drive measurable business impact. Build scalable hospitality frameworks, develop operational playbooks, manage budgets and vendor relationships, establish KPIs and reporting for ROI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand and customer expansion. Requires extensive experience in executive hospitality, sponsorships, and premium customer experiences, with strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness for global programs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading executive hospitality, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, executive engagement programs, or premium customer experiences
- Proven track record managing high-visibility executive audiences, VIP engagements, and complex global programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer engagement, strategic relationship building, and executive audience dynamics
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and organizational skills paired with strong operational discipline
- Willingness and ability to travel globally in support of executive programs and strategic experiences
- Experience working with premium sponsorships, luxury hospitality environments, or strategic experiential marketing programs
- Familiarity with executive briefing programs, strategic account engagement, or formal CXO communities
