Job Summary
Head of Production Planning, Systems & Data leads strategies for production planning, automation, and digitalization to optimize supply chain performance and on-time delivery. Responsible for data-driven decision-making across end-to-end value streams, owning the integration of SAP systems (ECC, IBP, APO, Ariba) within the S/4HANA transformation, and shaping the systems landscape. Builds and develops the team, drives cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Material Planning, Artwork, and global supply chain partners, and ensures GMP/GDP, FSOP, SOX compliance and audit readiness while enabling change management. Requires strong leadership, analytical mindset, and collaboration skills, plus bilingual proficiency in German and English. Location: Oranienburg, Germany; Hybrid working model.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Supply Chain
- Several years of experience in supply chain within a production environment
- At least 3 years’ proven leadership experience
- Proven experience in change management and ERP implementation projects
- Strong SAP knowledge and experience with process automation and system integration
- Fluent in German and English
