Job Summary
Lead production processes by transferring workflows into ERP systems and digitally mapping operations. Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and implement solutions while evaluating new technologies for proven value. Steer workforce deployment, capacity, and material flows proactively to shift planning from reactive to predictive management. Introduce meaningful KPIs as steering instruments and lead the workshop team through transformation processes. Act as the critical interface between the workshop and executive management to identify new product fields with sales.
Required Qualifications
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Werkstatt oder Produktion
- ERP-Kenntnisse aus der Praxis
- Unternehmerisches Denken
