Job Summary
Lead the Trade Finance & Supply Chain product line within Corporate & Investment Banking; own end-to-end product development and lifecycle management (concept, business case, pricing, go-to-market, enhancements) in collaboration with Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance. Own the P&L for the product suite, set targets, monitor revenues, costs, profitability and KPIs to achieve annual objectives. Partner with Corporate & Investment Banking coverage and sales to identify client needs, build pipelines and accelerate adoption of trade finance and supply chain solutions. Advise clients on suitable solutions and structure proposals for complex international trade transactions. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-value transactions and high service quality. Lead, develop and coach the team, with training, performance management and succession planning. Represent the team and Bank in internal/external forums and trade events to strengthen partnerships. Stay informed on market trends to continuously improve product relevance and client value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.
- At least 10 years of experience in Trade Finance related position, with a solid understanding of international rules applicable to trade finance products.
- Proven experience in product management/ownership.
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to advise corporate clients and structure solutions across trade finance and supply chain finance.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
