Job Summary
Head of Product at Tracksuit to lead and grow the product management team across a fast-moving global SaaS business. Own product strategy, discovery, and delivery in collaboration with Head of Engineering and Head of Design, while coaching PMs, shaping the product vision, and aligning teams to business outcomes. Drive a customer-first culture, evangelize the product across the organization, partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful product outcomes, and represent Tracksuit externally while working in a flexible/hybrid setup with Auckland or Sydney offices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a product leadership role: leading and growing a team of product managers
- Experience scaling a SaaS product and team in a high-growth environment
- Strong coaching and mentorship track record: built PM capability, not just managed it
- Cross-functional partnership skills: worked with engineering, design, data, and wider business
- Customer insight orientation: drive customer-first thinking across everything you touch
