Job Summary
Oversee delivery of content for flagship events, including leadership summits, while conducting extensive research to analyze data, competitive landscapes, and market trends. Translate strategic objectives into event product propositions and curate new features by recruiting significant numbers of speakers and collaborating with Managing Directors. Manage an advisory board to provide feedback on the event value proposition and represent Techoraco externally at industry events and partner meetings. Track performance metrics such as delegate mix, NPS, and sponsorship yield to implement continuous improvement plans with cross-functional teams. Take ownership of new event tracks, deliver go-no-go decisions, and pilot new product features like advisory councils and innovation showcases. Provide marketing intelligence, audience insights, and content assets to support sales and marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Managing or Event Director, this role requires 6+ years of experience in curating market-leading events of significant scale. Hybrid working is 3 days a week in the London office, with possible international travel several times a year.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in B2B events, media, or community-led businesses
- 3+ years in a product or portfolio leadership role
- Proven ability to grow event brands commercially and strategically
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence at senior industry level
- Interest in management and mentoring of junior members of team
- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insight into actionable plans
