Own category strategy, new product development direction, market intelligence, and commercialization planning across a growing portfolio. Drive decisions before execution, identify opportunities, determine products to develop, investments for categories, and gaps in the portfolio with a focus on market demand and business objectives. Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Executive Leadership to guide launches, positioning, and lifecycle management, ensuring strategic alignment and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in product development, category management, merchandising, or related industries, and a track record of translating market opportunities into successful product launches.
