Job Summary
Drive sales and distribution operations within the assigned territory by managing the dealer portfolio, coaching the Product Specialist and Sales Team to meet prepaid and postpaid targets, and executing trade marketing activations. Monitor performance closely, provide system support for network changes, and deepen dealer loyalty through targeted incentive programs. Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge on sales processes, products, and compliance while gathering market intelligence on competitor activities. Manage inter-departmental communication to optimize support resources and achieve all KPIs. Requires 6+ years of Telco or FMCG sales experience with 3+ years in leadership. Full-time role in Malaysia with frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 6 years of total sales experience in a Telco (Telecommunications) or FMCG related environment
- 3 years of experience in sales team management or a leadership capacity

- own transport
- valid driving license
- willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
