Job Summary
Lead our product strategy and development lifecycle, transforming executive vision into concrete, actionable product plans and comprehensive roadmaps. Build and empower a high-performing team of Product Owners/Managers, own the entire product development process from ideation through delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to champion new ideas and drive product execution. Develop well-researched product requirements and serve as the customer advocate, staying ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to drive innovation and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in product strategy, delivery, and team management, excels at transforming data into actionable insights, and possesses outstanding communication to guide complex technical projects in a fast-growing, globally distributed gaming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading product strategy and development lifecycle
- Leadership across product strategy, delivery, and team management
- Defining product and business requirements within software development environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with Jira and product development tools (preferred)
- Online gaming experience preferred
