Job Summary
Head of Product for MSPBotsâ AI-powered and BI product portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and commercial scale. Responsibilities include defining and driving the product roadmap across BI dashboards, AI-powered apps (ticket triage, ticket QA, sentiment analysis), micro training bots, integrations, and featured apps; leading revenue growth through new launches, upsells, and client retention; partnering with Sales and Marketing on positioning, packaging, and pricing; building scalable product processes (MVP, alpha/beta launches, feedback loops, QA, release, post-launch reviews); leading a product team of PMs and BAs; collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing; staying informed on AI/ML GenAI trends and ensuring measurable value and renewal for MSP clients; and defining KPIs tied to revenue, adoption, retention, and client satisfaction. The role requires executive-level coordination across US, China, and the Philippines and is fully remote from the US.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1â2 years in a product leadership or senior PM role
- Experience taking AI/ML or GenAI-powered products from concept through launch and commercial scale
- Strong track record of contributing to revenue growth through productsâwhether through new launches, upselling, or retention
- Experience building or significantly improving product development processes in a scaling environment
- Strong technical acumenâcomfortable working closely with engineering and data science teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams across the US, China, and the Philippines
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
- Proven ability to manage a mixed portfolioâbalancing live products, active launches, and future-state planning simultaneously
- Experience working in agile environments with multiple competing priorities
