Job Summary
Head of Product Marketing to lead positioning and end-to-end narrative for SearchStax Site Search and discovery optimization. Own market understanding, buyer personas, and competitive landscape; translate insights into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans to drive pipeline, market leadership, and revenue growth. Shape messaging across the customer journey, enable sales with compelling content, develop integrated campaigns with Demand Gen and Content teams, conduct win/loss interviews, competitive analysis, and build a small product marketing team over time. Willingness to travel to Los Angeles for in-person sessions and conferences (10-15% time). Also lead pricing and packaging review to align with enterprise buying patterns, and manage analyst relations. Remote-first with teams across the United States and India, including a collaborative workspace in Los Angeles, CA; base salary $180k-$200k plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS products
- Experience developing and implementing market positioning and messaging
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
- Demonstrated ability to conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Experience building sales enablement programs in partnership with sales leadership
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
