Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of two Product Marketers as the senior internal champion for Small Business and Accountant & Bookkeeper segments. Own the overarching positioning, differentiation strategy, and messaging frameworks to shift from a features-led to a benefit-led narrative that connects and converts customers throughout their lifecycle. Drive development of segment playbooks and audience personas, oversee competitive research and market analysis, and track performance to optimize commercial outcomes. This twelve-month maternity cover role supports the Global Product Marketing team across multiple markets (Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia) with a flexible hybrid setup (home and office) and occasional travel. Requires proven leadership in senior product/segment marketing, expert storytelling, and a passion for coaching and upleveling discipline across the organization. Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, or small business software ecosystems is highly desirable, and the team collaborates closely with sales, product, and regional marketing squads.
