Head of Product Management LIMS / LIS Clinical Diagnostics

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the LIMS/LIS Clinical Diagnostics Europe product, from strategy and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Define the product vision, translate business strategy into a clear roadmap, and balance customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency. Lead a multidisciplinary team of up to six people, including Product Owners and Business Analysts, while managing the backlog and prioritizing epics based on value. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT architects, and external partners to ensure the solution aligns with Eurofins' strategy and delivers measurable outcomes. Provide regular status updates, prepare dashboards on value and risks, and lead Product Review meetings. Manage forecasting, budget tracking, and vendor coordination to support sustainable product operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior Product Management, Head of Product, Product Lead, or similar role in a complex IT environment
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of up to six people, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Functional Analysts
- Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Business, IT, and external vendors
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models such as Scrum and SAFe
- Broad understanding of IT systems, applications, integrations, and data flows
- Awareness of security, data privacy, compliance, and regulatory constraints in enterprise IT
- Ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and effort
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements
- Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority

- Comfortable navigating complex and international organizational environments
Desired Qualifications
- A background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry and/or Healthcare is a plus
- Experience with LIMS/LIS products or LIMS development is a plus
