Job Summary
Head of Product Management for a LIMS in Clinical Diagnostics (B2B only) oversees end-to-end lifecycle of the eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe IT product, from strategy and roadmap to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role acts as the single point of contact for stakeholders, balances customer value with technical feasibility, compliance, and cost, and collaborates with IT architects, developers, deployment, operations, and quality teams to ensure value delivery, measurable adoption, and alignment with Eurofins strategy. Responsibilities include defining product vision and metrics, backlog management, prioritizing features and requirements, ensuring clear, testable delivery criteria, coordinating with vendors, planning and supporting sprint ceremonies, managing lifecycle and run operations, and driving continuous optimization of value, cost, and user experience. The role requires experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in IT, familiarity with agile/SAFe, knowledge of LIMS/healthcare domains, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, results-oriented style.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT environment
- Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors)
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models like Scrum, SAFe
- Technical & Domain Knowledge: TIC industry and/or Healthcare is a plus; LIMS development is a plus; IT systems, data flows; ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps); security/compliance/regulatory awareness
- Analytical & Methodological Skills: prioritize based on value, risk, effort; data-driven decision-making
- Soft Skills: communication, stakeholder management, influence without authority
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational environments
