Job Summary
Head of Product responsible for running the product function, owning the product quality bar, coaching PMs and Delivery Managers to ship market-leading products. You will set and defend engineering budgets, manage end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives, ensure user-facing quality, and lead cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Quality. You will develop talent, drive pace over planning, maintain shared truth on progress and risk, engage customers through disciplined research and synthesis, and empower PMs with reversible decisions while upholding a high standard of productcraft and user experience. The role reports to the VP of Product and focuses on autonomy, coaching, and delivering outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an operator-coach: leading product teams in a high-execution, fast-paced environment while making the people around you better
- Has coached a direct report to the point of trusted, independent decision-making
- Experience owning delivery end-to-end across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS, ideally with complex, multi-tenant, or AI-heavy products
- Fluent in current UX and UI standards
- Solid technical grounding to interrogate engineering effort
- Eval rigour for AI and probabilistic features
