Job Summary
Set the vision and strategy for the Intelligence group, deciding how Agent and Signal compound as one system built on shared customer context and data. Drive the Agent roadmap hands-on to make AI easy to configure, moving customers up the trust ladder from assisted drafts to autonomous actions. Ship Signal's near-term bets fast to validate value and sequence monetization, then design interfaces between Intelligence and the rest of Help Scout. Own product monetization by designing outcome-priced surfaces and collaborating with partners to model impact. Spend real time with customers to understand trust barriers and adoption motion, partnering with GTM and CS to close feedback loops. Build and manage the growing Intelligence PM team, coaching for judgment and raising the bar for product craft. This player/coach role reports to the Chief Product Officer and drives revenue growth for the group.
