Job Summary
Head of Product Insight role leading analytics for Sky's Global Entertainment products. Responsible for bringing world-leading insight to the Global Product Experience team, driving continuous improvement in Customer Satisfaction and product usability globally. Partners with product management to understand product use and opportunities to improve ease of use and delight. Leads a team of analysts, setting vision and prioritizing global analytical work, delivering innovative product recommendations based on data. Proposes new robust KPIs to monitor performance against customer needs, manages a rolling roadmap of analytical priorities, and engages senior product leadership in data-led discussions. Collaborates with analytics, data science and modelling teams to share best practices, develop innovative approaches, and enhance the data toolkit. Works with experimental engineering to deliver data products and embed new insights into the global data platform.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics methodologies with descriptive and predictive modelling
- Experience leading a team of analysts
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leadership
- Experience driving continuous innovation in data capabilities at scale
- Strong collaboration across analytics, data science, and product teams
- Proactive, outcome-focused approach to answering key product questions and improving customer satisfaction
- Ability to influence across global priorities and balance competing demands
- Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and shaping data-driven product strategy
