Lead the Growth product function on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with ownership spanning acquisition, retention, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive conversion and onboarding improvements, manage trial experiences, referrals, loyalty mechanics, and long-term value (LTV); coach Growth PMs; partner with marketing, data, design, and engineering leadership; ensure high product quality and commercial impact across three Growth squads; align with domain leaders to articulate Growth strategy and drive measurable outcomes in a D2C/subscription context.
