Job Summary
Shape and scale the global engineering network by leading international teams and driving digital transformation across the Plansee HPM production sites. Set standards for efficient, future-ready operations while championing the standardization of CAD, CAM, and PLM tools. Lead the global Supply Chain Engineering organization and manage international design and technical support teams, ensuring alignment across regions. Establish systematic knowledge management to share best practices and engineering standards worldwide. Requires a Master's degree in engineering with 5–10 years of experience leading multinational projects and managing SAP or Siemens NX environments. Located in Reutte, Austria, this role offers high-impact career stability within the Plansee Group's high-tech metal solutions business.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline
- 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering
- Experience in leading a team and handling projects in a multinational environment
- Proven track record in project and program management
- Knowledge in working with SAP and Siemens NX or other CAD/CAM solutions
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities
- Hands-on mindset
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to communicate confidently across cultures and organizational levels
