Job Summary
Reorganize and scale three engineering teams and an infrastructure unit, establishing structures that support rapid growth. Lead the product and UI/UX organization, developing strategy and roadmaps with the executive team to drive measurable product growth. Align product management and engineering into a unified delivery process with clear priorities and responsibilities. Accelerate delivery speed by identifying bottlenecks and establishing efficient planning, release, and delivery workflows. Partner with tech leads on architectural decisions, scaling strategies, and technical debt management. Oversee hiring, budget, and prioritization for product and engineering while managing stakeholders across the business, tech leads, and product groups.
