Job Summary
Head of Product Development responsible for defining product strategy, developing new products and services, and leading activities from ideation through to market introduction. Conduct market research based on customer needs, manage the product lifecycle from development to go-to-market, collaborate closely with business, technology, and operations units, and drive product performance, growth, and customer satisfaction. Lead initiatives grounded in innovation, digital transformation, and new technologies to strengthen competitive positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Real-world experience successfully developing and launching new products/services in the Mongolian market
- Experience in product development, business development, and strategy planning at a leadership level
- Solid understanding of information technology and ability to work effectively with technology teams
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop customer-centric solutions
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Advanced English language proficiency
