Job Summary
Lead the Product Development and Engineering organization by defining technical and strategic direction, overseeing key customer and development projects, and driving process improvements. Manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and international teams while fostering leadership talent and handling resource, budget, and performance management. This strategic role offers high visibility within the global XP Power group, significant decision-making autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the long-term development of the Rosenheim location. You will work in a modern technology environment with short decision-making paths and access to global experts.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Engineering, Forschung & Entwicklung oder Produktentwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
- Ausgeprägte technische Kompetenz kombiniert mit unternehmerischem Denken
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Entwicklungs- oder Kundenprojekte
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung in internationalen Organisationsstrukturen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Branchenkenntnisse in Leistungselektronik, Industrieelektronik, Embedded Systems, Automatisierungstechnik oder technischer Produktentwicklung
