Job Summary
Define and elevate the customer experience for Odin's full-stack private investment platform, spanning product and visual brand identity. Lead discovery by conducting customer interviews, validating assumptions, and building prototypes to translate complex, regulation-heavy workflows into intuitive interfaces. Establish systems, practices, and feedback loops that enable consistently excellent work to scale across the entire customer journey. Collaborate with founders, the product team, and existing designers to shape design direction and raise the quality bar as the company prepares for a major US launch.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience as an early or senior designer within a high-growth product team
- In-house experience
- Ownership of complete customer journeys
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design
- Polished production-ready UI
- Measurable business or customer impact
- Strong information architecture
- Interaction design
- Prototyping skills
- The ability to produce high-quality work at pace
- Confident visual decisions
- A consistently high bar across the product
- Strong systems thinking
- Experience designing complete workflows
- Experience spanning user actions
- Experience spanning communications
- Experience spanning automations
- Experience spanning permissions
- Experience spanning operational processes
- Experience spanning technical constraints
- Experience designing complex, multi-party products
- Experience working within regulated environments
- The ability to independently lead discovery
- Experience with customer interviews
- Experience with assumption validation

- Experience with usability testing
- Experience with iteration
- Experience establishing structured, repeatable customer-research practices
- Experience establishing repeatable feedback practices
- At least three days per week in the office
- New York location
