Job Summary
Set the vision and strategy for the Conversations group, deciding how Inbox and Copilot evolve together as one experience where AI accelerates support workflows without breaking user flow. Drive the Inbox and Copilot roadmaps hands-on, prioritizing integrations, contextual summaries, and in-the-moment assistance that make support teams more efficient. Own monetization for seats and AI usage, collaborating with partners to model product impact and design packaging that increases seat value. Partner deeply with the Autonomy group to keep seams invisible to customers, while spending real time with support pros and leaders to understand where AI helps and where it creates friction. Build and manage the growing Conversations PM team, coaching for judgment and raising the bar for product craft across the group.
